Dr. Yazeed - A Journey of Success
Bachelor Degree
Yazeed graduated from Prince Sultan High School in Buraydah, Saudi Arabia, with distinction. He was subsequently admitted to Qassim University as the top-ranked male student for that year based on his academic performance. He then pursued a degree in Civil Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science with Second Class Honours.
Master of Science
Prior to graduating from Qassim University, Yazeed was offered a teaching assistantship at the Department of Civil Engineering, main campus. He was subsequently awarded a scholarship for graduate studies in Canada and admitted to Western University, where he successfully completed his master’s degree.
Doctor of Philosophy 2022
Yazeed was admitted to the prestigious Western University in London, Ontario, Canada, to pursue a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering. During this journey, he specialized in offshore wind turbine foundations, conducting advanced experimental research using centrifuge modeling as a visiting researcher at the University of Sheffield, alongside sophisticated finite element analysis.
